Fixed.ħ0 fps max settings (constant) performance on a rtx 3070 amp, 1440p, i9 10850k. Light, sun rays lighting has been improved. Adjusted the darkness of the night to a standard so that it is now more realistic.

I have also increased the anisitopic texture filtering to 16x (from 8x in game), and this eliminated the blurry textures in the distance. The lod generally more like tripled (e.g. I have doubled the lod of static rocks and plants so that it no longer pops up. The lod of the animals is doubled and the aggressive lod popin is greatly reduced. The rendering of rocks in the level of detail has been increased, and at least I was able to reduce the popping up of the rock details significantly. I was able to completely fix the flickering of shadows on rocks. So that trees have more shade when exposed to direct light and are no longer as bright (faded).
